Xbox Live Rewards

Can anyone help? i keep getting these notices that say to update my billing info so the rewards deposits can go through. My info is up to date and correct, and it still says this. Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions?

I have Xbox Live Rewards too but I think the $15 Rewards credit is only good if you buy the physical copy through MicrosoftStore.com...?
