Xbox Live Rewards

Hi folks,

Don't know if this is the right section for my question but I have a problem with the rewards. I tried to get rewards and registered my account , even tryed to get the free ones but it always says 0 points since the Xbox One release. So I always got the
email with my monthly rewards and even if I did enough to get some points it still says 0 points. So what happened and where are my points?

I have Xbox Live Rewards too but I think the $15 Rewards credit is only good if you buy the physical copy through MicrosoftStore.com...?

Xbox Live Reward credits can be deposited into your local currency after you get 1,000. You also get exclusive offers sometimes and can get thing cheaper. There are also offers that will earn you credits like pre-ordering games. more info is here: Xbox Live Rewards

Just to make clear as I know some people get confused this is a referral to buy gold. Not to sign up to xbox live rewards.

Keep in mind that in order to earn credits, your purchases/actions have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive credits on purchases. If there are any specific offers you're looking for credits
from, you should post them so it's easier for support to look into to those for you.
