Xbox live rewards wrong

my Xbox live rewards points are way Lower then what they should be and im not getting credit for the things i buy

I think it would be rewarding if they took all the ads off the dashboard. It's bad enough having to pay for Xbox Live, but the least they could do is get rid of all the obnoxious advertising. What was wrong with the old dashboard design, anyway?

I cant join xbox live rewards program. Is there something wrong with my account ?

For help with the rewards program, you'll need to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum. If you can post the offers you're looking for credits from, that would help too.
