Xbox live rewards won't deposit

I currently have an xbox live rewards points balance of over 10,000. My points have not auto deposited, and I see no option to manually request a deposit.

I have tried viewing the site on both Edge and chrome, but I still see no way to trigger a deposit.

I have 45000 reward points but it won't. let me deposit them, it says there is something wrong with my billing but from what i can tell there is nothing wrong with it. Help please

Hi TOMVINNY. There is an issue with your account that is preventing us from making a successful deposit. The billable account we have for you is not the primary account associated with your Microsoft account. The Payment Operations team is currently working
on a resolution. Once we are able to apply a fix, a deposit will be made. Thanks for your patience.

The request deposit button is only available if you have at least 1,000 credits pending, but less than 5,000. It's just so you can have credits deposited before needing to have 5,000 pending first. Once you reach 5,000, they are automatically scheduled to
be deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th of the month. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month.

If the credits have been pending since before December 15 or you get a message on the site that there is an issue with your account, you'll want to post in the support section of this forum so they can check into it for you.

Same problem here. It says to make a request for the date shown below, but there is no date there. I have just under 10.000, but it still should have deposited them automatically at 5000.

Hi Carnivore. Your Rewards locale is France. Your current Xbox Live locale is a region that the program is not available in so we won't be able to deposit to that account. To get a deposit, you'd need to switch your Xbox Live locale back to France. You can
do so at http://commerce.microsoft.com.

For Xbox Rewards credits have you requested a deposit already on rewards.xbox.com? Keep in mind deposits are done by the 15th and 30th of the month. If you requested a deposit, did it give you a specific date?

If they are Microsoft Reward points (Bing rewards) Microsoft.com/rewards, you have to redeem them for one of the options though that site.

They are two separate programs with two different redemption options. Microsoft Rewards won't show on Xbox Rewards same as Xbox Rewards credits won't show in your Microsoft Rewards page.

Deposits from the Xbox LIVE Rewards program occurs around the 15th and 30th of each month. Deposits from the Program are in batches of 100 Points or more. Rewards Points deposits are labeled as Points Added or Rewards. The Microsoft Billing site will not
list out the specific Rewards opportunity that has been deposited. From there, the total amount of Rewards Points deposited should add up with the amount of awarded Rewards Points listed on the Xbox LIVE Rewards site. This is from the rewards rep. Here is

I've received the same thing. I've received a "$10 xbox live rewards deposit," and two "$5 xbox live rewards deposit." I thought this was kind of odd, as I did not request these. Also it states on the transaction record that these "deposits" are also "refunds." Weird!!!
