xbox live rewards will not let me claim keeps saying update payment info

Did all that and still nothing, I’m mad at Microsoft now for this cause this is unfair I haven’t done anything wrong I was just puting points on a sweepstakes and redeem all my point and they have the nerve to actually refused to let me put more into the sweepstakes, this is unfair

In this situation, considering everything you've tried before, really, the only thing you can do is wait for a few days to see if the Microsoft Rewards Support form unlocks automatically or if they lift the suspension upon realizing it's an error. As I mentioned before, I'm not sure if it's intentional that you can't fill out the form due to the suspension, and since what you've tried before hasn't worked, the only option is to wait.

Have you checked if the same issue occurs when using a different web browser or when trying it from an incognito/InPrivate window?

If the problem persists, then I recommend trying it by logging in from a different account. In any case, one of the fields in the form asks for the email linked to your Microsoft account, where you should enter the email of the suspended account.
