Xbox Live Rewards VIPs

So I have done the math for this.

Under Xbox Live Rewards says

What is MyVIP?MyVIP is an exclusive feature of Xbox Live Rewards that gives members a certain percentage back in Rewards Credits for monthly purchases made in the Xbox Store. In order to start earning MyVIP, you have to unlock your first star by spending
at least $300 on eligible content. While eligible purchases you make track towards your year-to-date Star Rank, your MyVIP Star Rank is recalibrated each year based on your previous year's spend. As your MyVIP Star Rank grows, so will the percentage you get
back each month. Plus, if you're an Xbox Live Gold member, your percentage doubles, and you can earn up to 10% back each month in Rewards Credits.

In the last 6mths I have spent 303.68$ before tax but yet when you go to my rewards it says ALMOST THERE. Only $86 away from leveling up!

How are VIPs selected?

A. The selection of VIPs differs for each Xbox LIVE Rewards VIP Exclusives offer, but if you stay active and remain an Xbox LIVE Gold member, you'll increase your chances of being selected. So, stay Gold and you could be a VIP!

 

Halo Anniversary Social Badge

you had to be a member of xbox live rewards and only 7% of rewards members were actualy halo vips and were sent it in an email.

And yes I have given enough time for the system to add all it up to my account before you guys say well it takes time for it to be added

 

Support will double check, but keep in mind that subscriptions, in-game consumables, and pre-orders do not count towards VIP. So if any of those purchases were part of your calculation, they will not count.

We see that this amount is accurate. Here's our breakdown:

February: 2 Movie Purchases - 23.98

March: 4 Movie Purchases, 1 Game - 67.95

April: 1 Movie Purchase, 2 Games - 39.99

May: 2 Movie Purchases, 1 Game, 5 Add-ons - 76.82

June (Up until the 8th): 2 Games - 44.99

This adds up to 253.73. Since the time of your post, we have processed your recent Victor Vran purchase on the 8th, which is why it is now about $57 to level up. We do not see any purchases this year before your Doctor Strange movie purchase back in February.
It looks like you may have calculated incorrectly; as Smwutches says, keep in mind that pre-orders, game-consumables, and subscriptions like your Xbox Live Gold subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP and do not award progress or payback.

Since you have no MyVIP star, your purchases do not yet award payback. However, your purchases in March completed the Simply Rewarding offer.
