Xbox Live Rewards - unable to join because of age

I've been trying to sign up to Xbox Live Rewards but it's saying that I am unable to due to age. I checked my hotmail/outlook details and it's as it was from the beginning of setting up the account, ie correct.

if anyone can shed some light on how to fix this because I ain't too young that's for sure, surely I'm not too old!!

Can't join Xbox Rewards

I am trying to join Xbox Live Rewards but it says I can't join because of my age. I am over 13 why can't I join. I don't live in Norway.

Trying to sign up for xbox live rewards. I keep getting "Unfortunately you cant join xbox live rewards right now. Its strictly because of your age we hope you will join once you are eligible to participate.

I am over 30

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction, I looked for an appropriate forum area but couldn't find it. Terms and conditions are all met .

Looks like your Xbox Live region is set to a region that Xbox Live Rewards is not available in (Austria). This is the reason why you are unable to join the program.

This is a known issue of the famous "Unfortunately, you can't join Xbox Live Rewards at the moment. It's strictly because of your age. We hope you will join once you are eligible to participate!"

BongKaos if you read the OP he also asked " Lastly in my Xbox live rewards screen, it only says I have been a member since 12/30/2010. " This only refers to the age of the Xbox Live Rewards account and not Live tenure, so my answer IS correct. My Xbox Live
Rewards date is 12/14/2010. My Xbox Live Gold tenure is 11 years back to 07/2003. 2 totally different things and people who joined when Live Rewards was created will have similar dates.
