    Xbox Live Rewards - unable to deposit rewards


    Hello,

    My account has not been able to automatically deposit reward points for quite a few years now. There was a manual deposit once a year or two back ago but seems automatic ones still don't function for my account. I am told my account "needs updating" but
    my account information is all correct.

    Is this issue ever going to be resolved or is there something I need to do to fix it on my end?

    I have received an Xbox live rewards deposit for $##.##

    I have been told by Xbox support that this should appear in my Xbox Live rewards.

    I am unable to see this in my Xbox live rewards?

    Please help... thanks

    Apologies for the inconvenience. Since you have used a Microsoft Payment Account in multiple different regions, our deposit process is unable to complete due to being unable to determine which of these Microsoft Payment Accounts is valid. If Xbox Live Rewards
    is unable to deposit into your account for some reason, as long as you have not opted out to make the transition to Microsoft Rewards, any undeposited Xbox Live Rewards Credits and unredeemed MyVIP Gems will be automatically converted to Microsoft Rewards
    points and be added to your Microsoft Rewards account to redeem for whatever you choose from the Microsoft Rewards catalog.

    Hello ChampionOfLight,

    Unfortunately, there is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft
    Account, and thus aborts the process. This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team, since we are not able to fully access the database containing billable account information. At the moment, we have not received an estimate on when
    this problem will be resolved. While their fix was able to let us make a deposit in June, they have not yet been able to provide us with a consistent solution to this error. We apologize for the inconvenience.

    Hi MaximusMegas. Your Rewards locale does not match your Xbox Live locale. In order to make a deposit, the locales have to match. Unfortunately, since your Xbox Live locale is in a country that is not a part of Xbox Live Rewards, we are unable to make a
