    Xbox Live Rewards troubleshooting please


    I have signed up months ago for Xbox live rewards and have still not seen anything register through. Is there a way to get support help over a phone or to have contact with someone on a more convenient source than this?

    Help. No sound from Comcast television whatsoever...

    I have my Comcast routed through my XBOX ONE via HDMI pass through. Although the XBOX ONE works perfectly and has great audio, my Comcast does not have any audio whatsoever.

    Please help me troubleshoot this!
