Xbox Live Rewards- Sweepstakes entry for Xbox One X monthly give away.

im completely new to Microsoft sweepstakes, when I received my confirmation email it said I should redeem more points for a better chance of winning, just wondering how I can put points towards the xbox one x sweepstake?

Email with it?" - I redeemed it on Microsoft Rewards by the way.

Also, It says the order has also been "Shipped", What do they mean EXACTLY by "SHIPPED" ?

I wanted to let you know on August 26 2018 I redeemed 500 points to get 5 Xbox One X monthly sweepstakes entries and it says it shipped then on August 28 2018 I redeemed 500 more points to get 5 more entry sweepstakes and it said shipped and then today I
redeemed another 500 points to get another 5 entry sweepstakes and it said shipped again and when I looked at the official rules for the Xbox One X monthly giveaway it said the end time for the month of august was on August 31 2018 at 11:59 pacific time and
the draw date is on September 13 2018 and redeemed 500 points 3 times to get 5 xbox one x monthly sweepstakes entries for a total of 15 sweepstakes entries

im looking for a more direct answer rather than a link to a page that doesnt give info about my query. how do i put more entries in for the giveaway?

 

When you go to redeem your points towards a sweepstakes, there should be a drop down menu of different options for different numbers of entries. So you would just choose the number of entries you want. Once you've submitted those, if you want want to add
more, you would go through the redeem option again.

For further assistance with the Microsoft Rewards program, you would want to contact their customer support.

You would go to the redeem page and find the sweepstakes you want.

thanks but i cant see the xbox one x sweepstake. all i can see is the gift cards

 

On the left side of the page you should see a way to filter the categories. Make sure it's not set to "shop". That will only show you gift cards.

If you still don't see them, you'll want to contact Microsoft Rewards customer support.
