Xbox live rewards support

My rewards amount has been updated...thank you but my VIP status only reflects like the last two purchases but non else since Sept. I think. I should be in tier 3 by now. It has shown me at $54 dollars way to next tier for months until I mentioned it
issue to support last week. Now it shows $38 away. I have believe I shouldve moved to next tier by now starting with my Oct 2nd purchase of Mafia 3 and have earned 6% back on purchases after that. Can someone confirm this please?

Xbox Live Reward Deposit

I have received an Xbox live rewards deposit for $##.##

I have been told by Xbox support that this should appear in my Xbox Live rewards.

I am unable to see this in my Xbox live rewards?

Please help... thanks

Support will double check, but keep in mind that preorders don't count towards VIP. So Mafia 3 would not have been eligible.

We have reviewed your account and your progress matches your purchases. As Smwutches says, pre-orders, game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP. There was an exception in September for pre-orders, but that offer was only for that month.

Live rewards became MS rewards. So they are the ones you have to contact.

Xbox Rewards support still posts here and still assists with Xbox Rewards issues. Since his issue is an Xbox Rewards program issue, he needs to wait for a response from support here. Microsoft Rewards support will not be able to assist.
