Xbox Live Rewards Support Failure- Please Help

To anybody who may be reading, watching or listening. Many Xbox Live members are getting frustrated, irritated and angry about the absolute lack of anything resembling a support staff for the Xbox Live Rewards program. I myself have been trying for
days with no help remotely close in sight. So i am begging you, please send more people to the Rewards Support team, so many loyal Xbox customers have spent their hard earned money on you guys, please show us the same level of respect in helping us with our
problems and get our reward credits we so righteously deserve.

I have received an Xbox live rewards deposit for $##.##

I have been told by Xbox support that this should appear in my Xbox Live rewards.

I am unable to see this in my Xbox live rewards?

Please help... thanks

That would be great. The Xbox Live Rewards forum is blowing up with people wondering why their point aren't showing up for basic purchases, but for promotions such as the Binge Watch and Play and Grand Theft Auto shark card promotion.

Part of the problem with high profile game promotions like the Shark Card one is that people don't read any of the conditions. If they did, they would know that the promotion runs until the 22nd and reward credits will be added after the 25th. People just
need to pay attention to things and realize that it is not something that happens as soon as you make the purchase.

You would need to post in the support section of this forum in order for support to check into it for you. Keep in mind credits are scheduled for deposit by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 credits pending. So if you
get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited at the end of the month. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month.
