Xbox live Rewards still not getting deposited

Discus and support Xbox live Rewards still not getting deposited in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I have 119,000 Rewards points accumulated and still they have not been converted into my account.     Xbox live Rewards still not getting deposited


    I have 119,000 Rewards points accumulated and still they have not been converted into my account. This issue has been going on for well over a year. When will this be fixed? I would like to have my Rewards. I am at the highest VIP level, reported this
    issue now for the third time ( points were deposited the prior two) but still no fix.

    We've contacted a Billing representative and are still waiting for an update on the request. Sorry for the long delay. We will try to get an update on this.

    Be lucky if its sorted this side of Christmas judging by the response times on here..... Still no updates for me nearly 10 days in other than we are trying to fix it... Hope there will be some free gem compensation for all this hassle for the loyal paying
    customers.

    the reward credits will show on your xbox live rewards section in a few days, that is if you have signed up the the rewards program, they normally convert and deposit into your live account twice per month, but to get a deposit you need to have at least
    5000 reward points.
