    Hello

    I posted a question over a year ago about my rewards credits not being credited to me for months during 2015 and I was told the following:





    "Hi Robin. There is an issue with your account that is preventing us from making a successful deposit. The billable account we have for you is not the primary account associated with your Microsoft account. We are currently working on a resolution. Once
    we are able to apply a fix, a deposit will be made. We will retry to deposit to your account again on March 31. Thanks for your patience and sorry for the inconveniences."


    Now well into 2017 and what seems like a very simple problem is still unresolved. I have multiple billing profiles all with the same details on them but as there is no way to flag one as primary or delete the duplicates the system does not know which one
    to use (even though it actually doesn't matter which one it picks).

    Why is such a simple problem taking years to resolve (I first noticed the issue in Summer 2015) and all the time the money I am owed is withheld? There was a way to make manual payments but now apparently even that is no longer possible.

    How many years will it take until a checkbox can be added to identify the primary billing address?

    I realise this thread will probably just be locked like the others without resolution but thought it was worth trying again just in case.

    Dear Live Rewards Support,

    I very happy and have a lot of fun with my microsoft game setup. I bought a xbox one S and convince a friend of my to bought 1 xbox one to play online games together, i have even convinced him to bought eaccess subscription. I member live rewards since:
    1 April, 2017.

    I the have following problem with my live rewards:

    - 3 gold signatures not credited (1 - one dollar offer, 2 - gold 12 months [one me, one other friend])

    - 2 eaccess subscriptions 12 months not credited

    - 1 recommendations reward not possible to credit

    - 4 paid games bought in one month not credited

    I see this problem recently when I go to Live Rewards account and nothing has been credited.

    I want this possible extra discount because i want buy a lot of games next retrocompatible sale and earn more points.

    I believe Live Rewards Team could solve this problem for me and my friend

    credits of xbox live rewards

    I have a problem with the credits of xbox live rewards ,I have not been credited points for activation of prepaid annual subscription to xbox live gold occurred on December 11, 2014.

    Two months later and my Xbox account has finally been credited.

    Hopefully this means the billing issue is now resolved and future payments will not be blocked. I am also now able to delete old/duplicate billing addresses too finally in my account (I have 16 including lots of duplicates).

    Thanks to whoever sorted it out.

    Have you tried going to Web Server's Default Page and setting which is your default billing address or deleting old ones now they seem to have added this ability.

    The problem I had was that my Microsoft account was very old and things such as Xbox and Skype had been merged to it which had led to multiple duplicate billing addresses.

    I think you may have to wait for it to attempt to make the payment again as don't think there is a way to tell it to try again and you have to wait for the next scheduled attempt. I can't remember how often it tries but think it was at least 2 weeks (unless
    this has changed).

    Maybe Microsoft can force it to try again without waiting.
