    Xbox Live Rewards special offer not credited to my account


    I've received an e-mail telling about a Xbox Live Rewards special offer where I would receive 6000 Xbox Rewards Points if I spend a certain amount of money (which I did) before March 31 (2017), but I did not receive the points until now. I got in contact
    with a Microsoft Escalation Analyst (Global Escalation Services) named Zil D. which asked to post my question to Xbox Live Rewards (@XboxLiveRewards) | Twitter (and received an Twitter asking me to post my issue here.

    Hope somebody at MS could help me with this, as I'm trying to solve this issue since April with no success.

    Hello edunaka,

    Since you registered into the program as a US member, we created a US Rewards Account for you. Since your purchases were made in a regional currency that is not the currency of your Rewards region (USD), those purchases are not eligible for Rewards.

    Additionally, we see that your Microsoft Account region no longer matches your Rewards Account region. Since your Rewards Account is a separate entity from your Microsoft Account, migrating your Microsoft Account region will not also change your Rewards
    Account region. This means when we attempt a deposit of USD into your Microsoft Account, the deposit will fail. It cannot complete when your Microsoft Account is of a differing currency.

    However, this issue can be fixed by heading over to the Microsoft Commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com) to update your Microsoft account to match your Xbox Live Rewards location. Another option if
    you wish to continue with Rewards in your current Xbox Live region is to opt out of the program at (
    https://rewards.xbox.com/optout/ ) , wait 48 hours and then sign back up again, which can also take 48 hours.

    While you will lose your progress by starting a brand new account, you can start earning Rewards Credits that will successfully reward your newly registered regional currency. To confirm that you have re-registered correctly, you can check your join date
    from the MyRewards page at (Xbox Live Rewards). If your join date shows a specific date, then your account has successfully been re-registered. If you see “???” then your account is still
    being created. If you open a new post after being able to log in to your new Rewards account, you can request any pending deposits from your old account to your new one.

    As Smwutches says, we do not award Credits for achievements, unless as part of a special offer. If you are describing a Microsoft Rewards program, we cannot assist you with this issue. Our knowledge base is limited to Xbox Live Rewards issues.

    Pre-orders are not eligible for MyVIP. You received Credits for your purchase of Gears of War 4 due to a special offer we ran in September. That offer was unique in that it also rewarded purchases made previously to the offers release. Normally, pre-orders
    are not eligible for MyVIP, and are only Rewarded via special offers, located on the MyMissions page.

    Then you did receive what you were supposed. As I said earlier, as a rewards member you're supposed to receive the 15,000 credits instead of the $10 gift code. Anyone who is not a Rewards member would receive the $10 code. The microsoftstore.com emails were
    never updated to show the rewards offer, but that is per the terms of the offer.

    3. How to Receive Special Offer:...Xbox Live Rewards members qualifying for the Offer will not also qualify for the $10 Xbox Gift Card promoted on www.Microsoftstore.com.

    Rewards credits are not like Microsoft Rewards points. The credits are deposited directly into your Xbox account as currency.
    Thanks, that's mean for 50,000 rewards credits they will be directly deposited as USD $50 to my account? (I'm in the US)
