Xbox Live rewards Response

I have been having issues with my rewards for over a year. It works for a while, then breaks again. Since Oct. 10 I have gotten no rewards credits except for my bonus credit for purchase of 3 $60 games, the last of which triggered the bonus. I got the
bonus but not the normal for that game credit or any other purchases I made in October. I have had an open post in the forums with no follow up response to my previous issue since September 18. Please. someone help me.

I am still waiting for my 20k in credits for making 3 digital purchases last month. I contacted customer service, they referred me to the Xbox Live Rewards forum and haven't gotten a response yet.

The only place to get help is the rewards support forums i'm afraid.

 

How on Earth has a level 1 forum user gotten a on-topic badge? Isn't it meant to be for keeping a consistent on-topic posting manner?

How can they determine that the poster is going to do that if they haven't even posted enough to reach level 2.

 

Good point.Didn't get mine until i was level 5,took about 6 years.
