    Is it possible to change region?

    Hello iHunt81,

    Since Xbox Live Rewards is transitioning to Microsoft Rewards in the US region, where you have registered, there is no way to change your Xbox Live Rewards region.

    Hi Nenon. You are unable to change your Xbox Live Rewards region to your current Xbox Live region because the program is ending. In order to get a deposit, you must change your Xbox Live region to match your Rewards region, which is MEX.

    Hello Darkmagik007,

    We still see you have a US Rewards Account with a HK Microsoft Account. Please note that it takes us up to 96 hours to receive and process new activity, so if you only recently performed your move, we would not have that information yet. If you correctly
    changed your Microsoft Account region to match your Rewards region, this should resolve any currency mismatch issue.

    Since the Xbox Live Rewards program is ending in your region, you cannot currently register into Xbox Live Rewards. You will have to wait for the Microsoft Rewards program to being in your region before registering into that program.

    Hi DDXDB. Xbox Live Rewards does not have a VIP Diamond level for members. We checked your purchases for MyVIP Star level and you currently do not have any qualifying purchases made in your Xbox Live Rewards region. We do see purchases made in a different
    region, but that does not get calculated since it is outside of your Rewards region. To get progress, you'll need to either change your Rewards region, or make purchases in your Rewards region.
