    Xbox Live rewards redemption email did not arrive


    Hello, I tried to redeem two 75 Platinum rewards for Warframe and I received the first one but the second one never arrived in my email. I was still deducted myVIP gems for the redemption but I never got the email containing the code to redeem. Can anyone
    help? I've contacted Microsoft support and xbox live rewards support and they pointed me here. Microsoft support gave me this: SR 1423843591

    Any help or solution would be appreciated!

    not being able to redeem 1 of 4 games (Forza motosport 6, Rise of the tomb raider, Gears of war and Rare Replay)

    I did not get an email when it says "Enter redemption code at name your game" and your email "Your code should arrive within 24 hours and its been just under 48

    We do not see any posts for this gamertag. As mentioned in the stickies on our forums, the Support type for the Xbox Live Rewards Questions forum is the only place to reach us for support. As was mentioned in the offer FAQ while the offer was available,
    all codes can be found on the FREEdom Rewards redemption page (Xbox Live Rewards). We do not email the codes to your account.

    It's been longer than a week and I still haven't heard anything from Xbox! I lost 250 freaking rewards points that I have no way of getting back, and no one is talking to me! Please, Xbox, I just want to get either a refund or my reward!

    Apologies for the delay. Our team has tracked down the issue to a typo in your registration form where you registered with a .xom domain. Since we cannot change registered information, our team will send you the code via private message. You can see your
    messages by accessing the messages option from the drop down menu that appears when you click your profile in the upper right corner of this page.

    Reward Points convert to MS currency.

    With Microsoft Rewards points you just go to their redemption page and redeem the points for either an Xbox gift card or a Live card (it's not possible to purchase gold using currency from gift cards through Xbox) and a code will be emailed to you. If you
    need further assistance, you would need to contact customer support for the Microsoft Rewards program via their redemption page. They are not the same as the Xbox Rewards program.
