Xbox Live Rewards Re-Directs to Microsoft Rewards in Australia & years of points are now lost ?

Hello. I have done years of surveys in Xbox Live REWARDS. Now when I go to Xbox Live Rewards, it re-directs me to Microsoft Rewards Australia, and all my previous points are gone. Where are they ?

At risk level being lowered

I believe you are confusing the Microsoft Bing Rewards Program and the Xbox Live Rewards Program. The Microsoft Bing Rewards program requires you to have "500 points" per month to maintain level 2. You will have to direct inquiries to their customer service
team as the Xbox Live Rewards Program (here) does not work with that reward program.

 

VIP Vault out of stock

Um... The VIP vault which support states "We update the vault with new items and restocking popular ones on a regular basis, so be sure to check back often!" hasn't restocked in 2 months.

Seeing how my gems are going to be converted to a worthless amount of Microsoft Rewards points, I would like to spend them before this happens. However, the 10,000 and 5,000 Xbox Rewards Points cards have been "Out of Stock" for over 2 months now. Are you
guys EVER going to restock them or am I just screwed because of the change to Microsoft rewards points? Also all of the rewards for the bottom 2 tiers are now out of stock except for the VERY obscure rewards for games with VERY small player bases.

Bye the way, the exchange rate of gems to Microsoft Rewards Points is nothing short of depreciation. 500 gems can get you 10,000 Xbox Reward Points which translates to $10, but with the exchange rate of 1 gem = 1 Microsoft Reward Point that means those 500
Gems (previously worth $10) is now worth $0.50. Don't you see a problem with that Microsoft?

Logically and fairly the exchange rate should be 1 gem = 20 Microsoft Reward Points. That way they maintain their value.

I would like to not feel cheated just because Microsoft is re-branding the same system under a new name. Either I need to be able to spend my gems now (when they have actual value) or the exchange rate needs to change to a direct transfer of value instead
of just depreciating.

 

The 2 programs are completely separate so you should be redirected. Just to make sure, you are going to
Xbox Live Rewards right? Or are you using a link somewhere else?

As communicated since March, Xbox Live Rewards members from Australia have been migrated to the Microsoft Rewards program. This was communicated in a popup on the Rewards page, and in an email to your billable account email. More details on this migration
