hi back in december 2016 there was a pre order puch card promotion that stated I would get a $ 15 credit once I pre ordered 3 qualifying title one of the titles was resident evil 7 . I purchased all my game within that promotions time frame but I am concerened
that I will not get the credit since the funds for that preorder resident evil 7 was just recently taken out . can you please review my account and verify that I will still be getting my promotional credit once resident evil is released

You do not see anything because no fix has been deployed yet. As mentioned, we will update your thread when the fix becomes available. At the current time, we do not have a time frame for the hotfix from our platform team.

Per the terms of the prior promotion, if Resident Evil 7 was one of the titles, the rewards would not be deposited until 96 hours after the titles launch on January 23rd, 2017. If after about January 27th, 2017 you have not received the rewards then you
would want to bring it to the staffs attention.

As Murphs says, that title will only award a punch toward the previous Games on Demand 96 hours after the title's release date. If you do not see your Credits pending by that time, let us know with a new post, and we will investigate your account.

Did you activate the punch card before purchasing?

I purchased on the 16th (sale was live then), the punch card was not in the rewards app until the 17th so it was impossible for me to activate it beforehand.
