Xbox Live Rewards Program

hello. Ive been with Xbox Live Rewards program with over 4 years of Xbl Gold i read the small print for being gold consecutively and only receieved half the points as described in the small print. I recently "renewed" my xbox 12 month subscription on a concurring
option. I signed in today to my rewards page and was noted that im only receiving 3% back and that i could be earning 6% back "if i went gold" Now the purchases i recently made after renewing my 12 month subscription will now only count as 3%? This is total
bull crap! You guys seriously need to fix this issue because my 3* VIP status will now not go up and i wont get back my actual 6% back for being a gold member. Hurry up and fix this cause ive never had an issue until now and after reading the small print.

At risk level being lowered

I believe you are confusing the Microsoft Bing Rewards Program and the Xbox Live Rewards Program. The Microsoft Bing Rewards program requires you to have "500 points" per month to maintain level 2. You will have to direct inquiries to their customer service
team as the Xbox Live Rewards Program (here) does not work with that reward program.

The Xbox Live Rewards program and Microsoft Rewards program are completely separate entities. Since you are not a Xbox Live Rewards member, this sounds like a Microsoft Rewards issue. You would have to contact their support via their webpage for assistance.
Since you are not a Xbox Live Rewards member, you have no Credits in our program.

through the system, but we see that you are Gold without lapse.
