It says I have had a total of over 13,000 reward points but no Microsoft points earned. Please tell me how to get my money...     Xbox Live Rewards Program


    I have two pictures here. It says I have had a total of over 13,000 reward points but no Microsoft points earned. Please tell me how to get my money for this. Also it says I have pending Rewards from a very long time ago. How do I fix this.

    I believe you are confusing the Microsoft Bing Rewards Program and the Xbox Live Rewards Program. The Microsoft Bing Rewards program requires you to have "500 points" per month to maintain level 2. You will have to direct inquiries to their customer service
    team as the Xbox Live Rewards Program (here) does not work with that reward program.

    Hello I have a question concerning my order history. There are 4 items that say shipped and or sent

    The Xbox Live Rewards program and Microsoft Rewards program are completely separate entities. Since you are not a Xbox Live Rewards member, this sounds like a Microsoft Rewards issue. You would have to contact their support via their webpage for assistance.
    Since you are not a Xbox Live Rewards member, you have no Credits in our program.

    Xbox Live Rewards Program

    Microsoft points were discontinued in 2013 and changed to Rewards credits.. If you signed up for the Rewards program after points were discontinued, then you would not have earned any points.

    Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 credits pending, or you can request a deposit when you have at least 1,000 credits pending but less than 5,000, and they would be deposited on the date listed
    on the site at the time that you request the deposit.

    Hello powellvineyards,

    Microsoft Points are the former currency used by Microsoft. They were discontinued and are no longer in use.

    We only schedule a deposit automatically at 5000 or more pending Credits. Since your pending Credit amount is beneath this amount, it has not been scheduled. If you would like to request a scheduled deposit, you may do so once you are at 1000 or more pending
    Credits. There will be a button on your MyRewards page.

    what rewards points are you referring to? are they through the xbox live rewards program or through another program? if they are through the xbox live rewards program you must have 100 points pending in your account, before they will be transferred.

    Since the Xbox Live Rewards program is ending in your region, you cannot currently register into Xbox Live Rewards. You will have to wait for the Microsoft Rewards program to being in your region before registering into that program.
