Xbox Live Rewards program SUCKS!!

The rewards program is a useless and practically unrewardable. It takes a ridiculous amount of purchases to get anything. Worst of all, the VIP thing. I been a gold member for going on eight years now, and never got one star. I spent a good amount of money
buying games, add-ons, renewed memberships, and just a loyal member to the Xbox community. With that, over the years I only received a minimum of ten dollars in credits for well over one hundred dollars spent. Why even have a rewards program if its so hard,
confusing, and expensive to gain anything. Reward more or just take it off.

At risk level being lowered

I believe you are confusing the Microsoft Bing Rewards Program and the Xbox Live Rewards Program. The Microsoft Bing Rewards program requires you to have "500 points" per month to maintain level 2. You will have to direct inquiries to their customer service
team as the Xbox Live Rewards Program (here) does not work with that reward program.

The Xbox Live Rewards program and Microsoft Rewards program are completely separate entities. Since you are not a Xbox Live Rewards member, this sounds like a Microsoft Rewards issue. You would have to contact their support via their webpage for assistance.
Since you are not a Xbox Live Rewards member, you have no Credits in our program.

 

The actually point about the vip ranks: they'll just reset them at the end of the year. Why should i keep spending 1000's of $ and getting a reset at the end of the year.
