    That's all I got from email. What's going on? I'm trying to get my deposit from my xbox live rewards points but I was unsuccessfully so far.

    The Xbox Live Rewards program and Microsoft Rewards program are completely separate entities. Since you are not a Xbox Live Rewards member, this sounds like a Microsoft Rewards issue. You would have to contact their support via their webpage for assistance.
    Since you are not a Xbox Live Rewards member, you have no Credits in our program.

    There is no Xbox Live Rewards program "store". You may have us confused with some other promotional program. Unfortunately, since your issue is not being caused by a Xbox Live Rewards offer, we cannot diagnose your issue.

    Xbox Live Rewards program issue

    Hi SpokZs. We are unable to make a deposit to your Microsoft account because your Xbox Live locale doe not match your Xbox Live locale. In order for us to make a successful deposit, you will need to change your Xbox Live to USA.
