Xbox Live rewards program is not paying my credits

Discus and support Xbox Live rewards program is not paying my credits in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; When I access the program screen it reads my account need to be updated.     Xbox Live rewards program is not paying my credits


    When I access the program screen it reads my account need to be updated. In fact it is already fully updated and verified by the local Xbox support. What is wrong then? Please need somebody to fix this as the Brazilian Xbox Team stated they are not able
    to resolve such a issue. Thanks.

    Hello Fire Dire Wolf,

    We do not let users redeem Credits for Gift Cards/Subscriptions. That is the Microsoft Rewards program. Furthermore, Australia is not a eligible Xbox Live Rewards Region. This forum is for Xbox Live Rewards issues. The Microsoft Rewards program is a separate
    program, so we are not fully informed on their issues. You should try contacting their support team via the Microsoft Rewards website.

    The Xbox Live Rewards program and Microsoft Rewards program are completely separate entities. Since you are not a Xbox Live Rewards member, this sounds like a Microsoft Rewards issue. You would have to contact their support via their webpage for assistance.
    Since you are not a Xbox Live Rewards member, you have no Credits in our program.

    As of September 2014, when we changed from MyAchievements to MyVIP for Rewarding, gamerscore does not have any effect on Rewarding. Furthermore, there is no 300 Credits for $10 offer from our program. This forum is only for Xbox Live Rewards program issues.
    300 Rewards Credits in our program is $.3 USD.

    We see that this account has only 750 Xbox Live Rewards Credits. The Microsoft Rewards and Xbox Live Rewards programs are two separate programs, with no overlap. If you have an issue with Microsoft Rewards, you would have to contact their support for assistance.

    Yes you can use the points on the rewards program to gain access to xbox live or even xbox live credit depending if they have it on the rewards or not.
