You have been ranting on here for days and its getting you no where.

I know your under the illusion thousands of people are reading this and agreeing with you but they simply are not.

Any one with a similar issue is posting in the rewards forum,and probably gotten it fixed by now,yet here you are still "bringing awareness".

 

I will tell you where they are...posting in the support forms because they are smart enough to read what I've written. I've already had 11 people PM me thanking me on the XBOX for letting them know what to do. And because of my post I got not one but 3
messages from Microsoft saying they have fixed the problem and have apologized. So I guess my post making people aware....... The ones that this post was meant for unlike yourself.
