XBOX LIVE REWARDS PROGRAM ERROR SAYS I'M NOT OLD ENOUGH TO SIGN UP FOR THE REWARDS PROGRAM

Actually when I bought my xbox in 2002 the rewards programme didnt exist. Neither did xbox live

 

I hate to break it to you but it is 2014 now. LOL. And the XBOX REWARDS PROGRAM is for both 360 and ONE customers.

The obvious is....

XBOX REWARDS DOESN'T WORK FOR ME AND MANY MANY LIKE ME. Stop telling me it is no big deal and that it doesn't apply to XBOX ONE OWNERS. But I appreciate everyone who has posted in this forum because it is helping me bring more attention to the issue. And
that issue is that XBOX REWARDS IS NOT WORKING AND NO ONE IS FIXING IT AND THAT THE REWARDS PROGRAM IS AN INCENTIVE TO BUYING THE XBOX ONE.

Thank you all for replying trying to help. Some of you are genuinely trying to help while others are simply arguing with me and still time and time again I'm proving you wrong, unveiling their ignorance to the world via this forum while informing the public
about this problem at hand.

Its not working for me either. I just got the Xbox One. Man this sucks!

 

Mystic contact #1 XBOX Support and complain make sure you complain via the Support Chat and also call them.

#2 Then go to the REWARDS FORUM and post the problem there too. Contact Tech Support here. support.xbox.com/.../xbox-one

#4Then go here and post it again without anyone else on the list.

And above all, don't listen to those who say there is nothing wrong with XBOX REWARDS or that you are not supposed to get the service because you are an XBOX ONE owner like some of the people arguing with me on this forum are doing.

The only place to post is in the rewards section and wait,that`s it.

No one is saying your not having problems, but constant posting in the wrong sections ain`t going to do a thing to solve your issue.

 

KEEP A RECORD HOW THE DAYS MONTHS MAYBE YEARS BEFORE YOU GET A RESPONSE, if you are willing to wait. I have given them a month. That's when my Month of XBOX LIVE GOLD expires. Then I don't know what I'm going to do. I will either sell it and buy a PS4
or if they get it fixed then I will spread the praises of XBOX to everyone on the forums and on Facebook as if I were an evangelist. But if they don't fix it in a month I will do quite the opposite in my evangelism efforts.

 

So you spent $700+ just to earn a small percentage of that money back? From what you're saying your investment had nothing to do with actually playing the system it was all based on the rewards program. If this is true you have made the worst investment
ever.

 

No PregantCrusher. The point of my message is to say if you are going to spend money on something, whether it is $7 or $700, you expect it to work. You expect All of it to work. And for the price I have paid for 3 games and a console, I expect these things
and everything that is a part of it to work without a hitch. Especially if companies are going to charge the prices they currently are charging for these things. I have learned a lot during this ordeal. And what I have learned in my quest to get my issue
solved has just made things even more frustrating for me as I have been juggled from chat/phone support to the forums by the request of Support. I just think posting your issue on a forum like support requested and then you don't hear anything you really
get frustrated. So frustrated that it led me to post in other categories that I knew was not the category that I should post in regarding my issue just to spread the word because I saw many others with the same problem with no responses or solutions. Some
since 2013. And that made me really angry and disappointed, and frustrated. And what I learned quickly is there are a lot of people that troll on the forums (that are not support but think they are special because they post a lot on the forums) thinking
they are helping people with their suggested answers and replies,, but the information they voluntarily give is quite ignorant from all angles. So as soon as my issue is solved and I stop getting dumb responses the sooner I will be off the XBOX Forums.
Hopefully it will not take a month.

 

I can pretty much guarantee when you have finished all your tantrums and ranting in the wrong places,you will find its an issue at your end.

No doubt your email address connected to your account has some kind of age restriction, or no date of birth on it,or your account has the wrong date of birth, something equally obvious.

There are millions of people using xbox rewards every day, and possibly a few dozen that can`t because of a self created glitch.

If you don`t like the "trolls" in the wrong sections,post in the right ones because no one here actually cares about your problem.

 

If you don't care about the subject of this problem (THEOWENKILLER), just you don't post anymore on my thread. I've already told you why I have posts in multiple spots regarding this subject. Dude, If you don't care, don't post in here. Simple. You can

I will say it again for the cheap seats, no one here can fix your problem, no one here works for any division of microsoft or its rewards department.

This thread is not being seen by ANYONE that can help you in any way,or bring publicity to your cause.
