We simply have two definitions of answer so we are not clicking. See your definition of answer is someone answering, like when you call a did and he barks...thats answering. My definition of answering is when you have a problem and it gets solved I'm not
being mean to anyone, I'm simply not satisfied with being content with something not working after you've spent over $700 on an Xbox and games. I just got my Xbox so excuse me for not being accustomed to things not working. I just transferred from a PS3 where
everything worked and when you had a problem they answered by fixing it instead of how it is here in Xbox land.

 

I did post it in multiple places to get noticed becomes I'm not settling on anything not working after you have spent $700+ on a system and games in less than a month of owning it. So i expect results and quickly. So answering to me is when the problem is
solved. Anyone who tells me that this issue has been going since 2013 is not giving me an answer. Its just a statement. Sorry if anyone has taken offense to my candidness.

 

You are not going to get any official answers here,the only place to post about rewards is where you have been posting in the rewards forum.

If you have been bumping your topic or creating several threads,it will just take longer for them to respond.

 

I want results. So I will do my best to get the attention this problem demands until my problem is solved because I'm not alone there are new people posting daily with the same problem. Even if it means posting in every section/topic I will do it until
it gets the attention it needs to get fixed. I have called tech support. I have chatted online with tech support. And both times they brushed it off saying its not there problem. I have also posted the problem in the rewards support section. And if anyone
on this planet thinks I'm simply going to accept this is going to get educated. I have and will continue to reach as many people until this issue is resolved. This is unacceptable. And anyone who tells me its okay is living on a cloud.

 

Then by all means continue to post here with your little tantrum to a bunch of people that can do nothing to help you whatsoever,except tell you to post in the rewards section.

Not one person here works for microsoft or the rewards programme,we are all just users like you.

 

The xbox rewards is not part of the console it is an addedd insentive which is free

 

Viral Cyrix, Let me get down on my knees so I can talk to you at your level. Okay, I'm here now. "Incentive" means Def. "a thing that motivates or encourages one to do something". It also means "a payment or concession to stimulate greater output or investment"

Now that we all understand what incentive means....

Xbox Rewards is an incentive, which means in this case a good reason to buy the xbox because it offers this feature (Xbox Rewards), this indeed is a feature that would be attractive to a potential customer to purchase the XBOX ONE because he/she would like
to use that feature that isn't offered on the PS4.

So thanks for clearing that up for me Viral Cyrix.

And one more thing...

Its broken. Xbox Rewards Doesn't Work for new owners of the XBOX ONE. Its an incentive. When you bought the XBOX ONE you expected that incentive to work. It doesn't. And nothing in this world is free. When you bought your XBOX you bought the "incentive"
which is the XBOX REWARDS PROGRAM.

 

As far as I am aware any rewards or "incentives" have only been for xbox 360 purchases
