Xbox Live Rewards Problem

I have been a member of Xbox Live Rewards since '13. When I first joined, everything was fine and I purchased an expansion for a game.(This was all on the 360)

When i moved on to Xbox One, I forgot about it. When I came back recently, I had 250 Credits. I thought it had been renewing the credits automatically, so it was fine. But I have been keeping an eye on my credits. To make sure it wasn't glitched, i did a
survey and the points were added. Now, about 30 Achievements later, i still only have 500 credits(It hasn't increased). Not only that, i just hit 50,000 Gamerscore, and when i checked i only had about 48,500G. Im confused as to why the points haven't been
added.

I have Xbox Live Rewards too but I think the $15 Rewards credit is only good if you buy the physical copy through MicrosoftStore.com...?

Keep in mind that in order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates. Achievements will only earn credits if they are part
of a specific offer on the site at the time which usually involves purchasing a specific type of game and then earning a set number of achievements in that game. otherwise, you do not earn credits based on gamerscore. Stats and achievement levels do not update
in real time on the Rewards site. The achievement levels only update once a month.

microsoft rewards says they have nothing to do with this , all the live rewards problems need to be solved by live rewards team

If you are a member of the xbox live rewards program and are a gold member of xbox live, you can send them a link found on your rewards refer page that your friend can use to sign up for xbox live gold, for this you will both recieve a reward for refering
stated on the rewards website. If this doesn't solve your problem, could you specify more about what your issue involves

to Microsoft Rewards, any undeposited Xbox Live Rewards Credits and unredeemed MyVIP Gems will be automatically converted to Microsoft Rewards points and be added to your Microsoft Rewards account to redeem for whatever you choose from the Microsoft Rewards
catalog.
