    hi, i did the gamepass challenge for december and received a gift card but got $5 and it says i cant claim because i am in the wrong region. im from the uk and never been in usa, is there a way to correct it so its in £s. thanks jermaine.

    You can make sure that your Xbox profile is set to your current region/country. Please see if you can migrate your Xbox profile to UK or if it is already set to UK:

    Sometimes our Microsoft account, console and computer are all set to one country but our Xbox profile is actually set to other country.

    If it is on the correct country (UK), you should receive all your gifts from Xbox in GBP in the future. But other users already reported receiving a Xbox amount on a different currency than their countries (usually on USD). So unfortunately, even if everything is correctly setup, sometimes this just happens.

    But be sure that this will not happen from purchased gift cards in GBP or gift cards redeemed through Microsoft rewards.
