Xbox live rewards pre order points from Microsoft store

Hello,

I pre ordered FIFA 17 from the Microsoft store. They have a promotion that says if you pre order a game from their store you'll receive 15000 points into your xbox live rewards account. The game has been out for over a month now and they still haven't been
deposit into my account.

Destiny: Deluxe Edition

I was wondering, since Xbox Live Rewards has an offer for 15,000 rewards points for pre-ordering any game that ships before 12/31, would Destiny The Deluxe Edition be eligible? I didn't see it available in the pre-order section of the Microsoft store, so
I wasn't sure whether it was or not.

Points not showing.

I have pre-ordered Sea of Thieves a few weeks ago and have not received rewards points for the pre-order. Do purchases from the xbox store not count towards rewards?

If you pre-order from the Microsoft store, it will be digital. You can pre-order a physical copy from participating retailers. However, the Microsoft store is more advantageous in my opinion. You can take advantage the Microsoft rewards program when you
buy from the store. Usually a $60 game, rewards you with 5,000 Microsoft points, that you can use for in game purchases, extending your xbox live service, or even buying a Starbucks gift card.

Sorry to hear about your problem.

But, are you sure that the email was from Microsoft? The Microsoft store's pre-order bonus was
Alex Brand multiplayer skin and 1,600 Xbox Live points. Wasn't the Lambent skin a pre-order bonus from GameStop?

Did you try contacting them about it?

Pre-orders, game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP. From our FAQ:

What content on the Xbox Store is eligible for MyVIP?

Normally, most purchases for Xbox 360 and Xbox One from the Xbox Store qualify, including full Games on Demand titles (excluding game pre-orders), arcade games, indie games, game add-ons, game Season Passes, movies, TV shows, TV seasons, themes and avatar
items. In-game consumables, Xbox Live Gold memberships, Groove Music Passes, Microsoft Movies & TV Season Passes, and the purchase or redemption of Microsoft Points or Xbox Gift Cards, still do not qualify.

We see that your addon purchases and non-pre order game purchases were appropriately Rewarded, and that you received the proper FREEdom Rewards (an offer for free to play purchases).
