Xbox Live Rewards Points Pending since 7/31/16

Hello Xbox Support-

I have not received my Xbox Live Rewards points since July 2016. I was just curious as they are still adding up but I am not receiving them or even seeing the option to redeem them in the purchase menu when attempting to pay for items in the Xbox Live Store.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I didn't get my reward point after buying beast quest

I didn't get my reward point after buying beast quest, https://account.microsoft.com/rewards/

It says if I got beast quest between 7/16 to 7/31, I will get 4000 points, please help.

Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 credits pending. Since you just got to 5,000 with your November VIP credits, you should receive a deposit on the 15th.

We only automatically schedule a deposit at 5000 or more pending Credits. Since you only hit that amount at the end of November, you should expect your Credits to be deposited in our upcoming mid-month deposit.

Points you've been awarded. Pending Points will not display in your Total Rewards Points Awarded.

You have to be an Xbox live rewards member. If you already are, then the points should be pending. The points always pend for a while if you earn them from Xbox live rewards
