Xbox Live Rewards points not converting to currency

I have nearly 40,000 Xbox Live Rewards points that have been sitting in my account since the first week of January that were not converted to my local currency (US dollars). Can someone help me please?

Microsoft Points Convertion

Can someone pls convert my reward points into currency in my account I can't figure it out and xbox keeps telling me the forums can fix it.GamerTag I have 7,800 reward points that are not converting into my account every 15 and 30 pls help!

XBOX Live Rewards not converting to currency.

I have updated billing info, a huge amount of points racked up, I have purchased and redeemed a code on both XBOX one and 360 from the XBOX store, and finally submitted a deposit. Still I cannot use my reward points. Please help!

If they've been pending since the beginning of January, they are scheduled to be deposited on the 26th.

Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 pending. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by
the 15th of the next month.

Hello FortWorth Piper,

As Smwutches' pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month
deposit the following month. Since your Credit event happened on the third, it will be a part of the end of month deposit cycle.

Since being introduced in October, Gems have never had a Credit or currency value assigned to them. They can only be spent on purchases from the Vault. However, we realize that users have grown attached to their Gems, so when you are transitioned to Microsoft
Rewards, they will be converted into points. Note that Microsoft Rewards points and Xbox Live Rewards Credits are not the same. Your Gems will not be converted into Xbox Live Rewards Credits if you choose to remain in the Rewards programs, but will be converted
into Microsoft Rewards Points.

Your existing balance will be converted to currency, and will carry over. Points earned from Bing Rewards and Xbox Live Rewards have an expiration date. I believe it's one year from when they were awarded, but I'm not 100% sure on that.

So I guess adding bing reward MS points will just convert it to currency then?
