Xbox Live Rewards Page not signing me in.

I have 100,000 plis points to redeem and am unable to do so. The rewards page is completely blurred out no matter what browser I use. I want to redeem my points! Can anyone help me?

Xbox Live Rewards Sign-In problems

Whenever I try signing in to the Xbox Live Rewards site, it flashes my page then immediately goes back to the sign in page. Anybody else have this problem?

I am a xbox live rewards member, do I need to opt in to be rewarded for the purchases or am I automatically in, there is a mention of signing up on the rewards page and refers you to xbox live but I have not seen anything, I have tried several searches.

 

If you're registered for the program, you should be able to sign in in the upper right corner of the page.

Otherwise, you will get that issue if you're not a registered member. It would also not be possible to have over 100,000 credits pending unless there has been an issue with deposits into your account for a long time since credits are automatically deposited
after you have at least 5,000 pending.

 

I should be registered. I have been completing my quests the last 4 months. Also a US resident.

 

Quests are not part of the rewards program.

This forum is for Xbox Live Rewards issues. Since you are not a Xbox Live Rewards member, it would be impossible to have any Credits. In addition, it would not be possible to have that many Credits pending. If you are asking about the Microsoft Rewards program,
that is a separate program, so we are not fully informed on their issues. You should try contacting their support team via the Microsoft Rewards website.
