Xbox live rewards out of stock

It's been several weeks now that I see that the credits of the vault are constantly
out of stock. I only have 270 gems, BUT we have to exchange them before the end of May, so how can we do this if there is constantly a shortage of stock? As far as I know there is not this problem with the Microsoft rewards. So please,
do something... Thanks.

put new rewards in Xbox Live Rewards

put new rewards in Xbox Live Rewards,and remove those that are out of stock

My VIP Vault Rewards

Hello, There is a notification that pops up when signing into Xbox live rewards that I have to redeem my VIP gems before such and such date. The only problem is that the rewards I want for example reward credits/gift cards are out of stock. My question is
for the my VIP vault, when do the out of stock rewards come back into stock? Thanks.

They will likely stay out of stock due to them going to be worth much less once the transfer to Microsoft rewards happens. you will likely get a generic response from support on here saying" new items are added to the vault and popular items will be replenished"
but as those credits are a digital item they cant really be out of stock can they.

add me to this list. have been banned from bing rewards for a few years now, and figure i'm just going to be losing my xbox live rewards. (especially since most everything on xbox live rewards vault is "out of stock")

Wait for the standard response they will give you. Some rubbish about "we restock the vault regularly, be sure to check back soon"!!!! Its a lie, they have not restocked it in weeks. They are going to let the switch over date come about and then give everyone
a shocking deal in making their Gems into points that will be with about 90% less than they are now!!

Thanks Microsoft for treating your loyal customers like mugs!!
