Xbox Live Rewards OPEN ticket - STILL not resolved

You closed my thread, not allowing me to reply.

When I purchased this Xbox from xbox.com, a banner at the top of the page had shown I would receive 50, 000 points as I was eligible.

Please view this image so YOU can see the promotion - as it's still available to me.

Xbox live Rewards Problem

Today, 1/24/2017 on Xbox One consoles and bundles | Xbox - I can still see this Promotion available. Please take a look at the top of this page where it shows this promotion.

On Jan 10, 2017 1:41:51 PM EST - I chatted on the Xbox.com chat with "Joe", who gave me the Reference # 1370020005. Joe assured me he personally would monitor my account to make sure I receive my points.

50, 000 Rewards points missing from account

Hi,

I bought a brand new Xbox One S January 10 2017. On the xbox.com page it says you will receive 50, 000 points for buying a brand new xbox one s.

My rewards website statement shows no activity regarding this purchase. Can I get an update on what's going on?

I have my order number and so on.

Still not resolved

Support have responded to your first thread and are looking into it. You'll need to wait for them to respond there - help .. xbox rewards

We are still awaiting a response from our Vault team on how to proceed, as mentioned in your previous post at (help .. xbox rewards).
Once they inform us on what action they are taking, we will update that thread.

That actually would have been support that locked the thread since I don't have that power. But the promotion definitely ended on December 31, it seems as thought the Xbox site has not updated. Support will post here too, but the terms and conditions did
state the console had to be purchased by December 31 in order to qualify.

Phone and chat support do not handle the Rewards program so they do not have correct information regarding promotions and cannot do anything about credits.

I discussed this with Xbox Live Support and they created a ticket:

However, they told me that they cannot resolve this as Rewards team should be able to do it

Hi Modern,

Thanks for coming to the forums. Is this for the Microsoft rewards? If so you can fill out a ticket and someone will assist you. When logged into Microsoft rewards app, scroll to the bottom and select contact Microsoft rewards support. This will open a ticket.
