Xbox live Rewards, not working.....

I have been an Xbox Live rewards member since 2012. I keep trying to buy games as I see special offers for rewards points. The only rewards that are showing up on my account are my auto renewals....Its a little frustrating that I have bought my last 15+games
through Xbox live and haven't received any reward points for them. or increased my VIP rank. I don't know if there is a glitch with my account or something, but I would appreciate if it could get fixed so I can recieve my reward points like everyone else.

Xbox Live Rewards not working

Idont know i am a gold member i have had rewards since december and for some weird reason i have 270 points pending and its like it wont work or somthing. its supposed to put points in your account every 15th of the month but its not for some reason it sux
i cant just call microsoft.

We see recent MyVIP payback events on your account since your promotion to your first star in July. You did not receive payback for your purchase in August since we only calculate payback on $10 amounts. Since your purchase did not complete a $10 amount,
it was reserved to complete a $10 amount in a later month. You can view a Credit statement for your account on the MyStatement located on the MyRewards page. We only automatically schedule a deposit at 5000 or more pending Credits, so you have not yet received
your currently pending Credits as currency. We see that you are receiving payback, and progress, for your MyVIP eligible purchases.

Also, as of July 2014, we no longer give Credits for Gold subscription renewals.
