Xbox Live Rewards not working properly?

VIP rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month. So if they were all bought in December, it's just too soon to see the credits pending.

Buying the game themselves, just wondering why the percentage back on purchases wasn't working on them?

Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from?

Unfortunately, since this issue is being caused by an error on the Microsoft Account databases, we must wait for a resolution from the team currently working on the issue. Since this is a problem with how your billable accounts are being indicated for deposit,
adjusting your user information will not fix this problem, in most cases. Since we do not have access to the databases in question, we cannot provide a fix using the support tools available to us.

At the current time, while the other team has made progress on the issue, they still cannot provide us with a estimated resolution date for this problem. In the meanwhile, we will continue to query them for an ETA until they provide us with a time frame
we can report to users. Currently, the only action that we can take is to continue to attempt your deposit. Some users have been able to successfully complete a deposit despite experiencing this issue. Also, by continuously attempting a deposit, this means
that your deposit will already be geared up to go when a resolution is finally provided.

Again, we apologize for the severe delay in getting this issue resolved. We are also looking forward to the day that this resolution is provided so that the Credits cascade out into your Microsoft Account like a dam bursting, but unfortunately cannot cause
this scenario to occur on our own. We will continue to ask for updates on this issue and research any alternative means we can attempt to use, but at the current time, the only thing that we can do is await a resolution from our other team.

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit terms.
Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We have not yet calculated the month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending.
