Xbox Live Rewards Not Updating My Progress

Hello,

I'm asking for help with regards to my xbox live rewards. I have made a large amount of purchases in the last six months on the microsoft store, but my vip star rank has hardly been affected by it. It seems to be moving up at an alarmingly small rate.
I should be at another rank by now with the amount of purchases I've made. I also seem to not be getting as much credits as I should. I really enjoy the xbox live rewards program and I have been using it for quite some time now. Although, it seems to not have been
updating my progress correctly for a long time. I ask that you please help me with this matter.

From the FAQ:

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?



After you have completed an action on the list, your Rewards Credits and MyVIP Gems will appear as pending within 96 hours.

Since you only purchased your remaining titles on the 17th, they have not been processed yet.

I've been completing the Pandemic Rewards tasks, buying games of the list and an avatar item and I see no progress in "MyMissions", there's only eleven days left and I want to know when does my purchases will apply to the promo. Thanks in advance.

We see that your progress is accurate with your spending. Based off your purchase history, there are two things which may be the cause for your confusion. The first is that pre-orders, game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP. We see
that you had two pre-order purchases earlier this month that, while were successfully applied to the Games on Demand offer, are not eligible for MyVIP. These purchases as well as some smaller consumable purchases were not eligible for MyVIP and therefore did
not increase your progress.

Also something of note that you may not have been aware of is that MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress
to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December 2016. You were placed into your current star rank after December 2016, and your progress was set to the default level.
