Xbox live rewards not syncing

We do not see any disruption in your Rewards service caused by your Microsoft Account swap in 2016. It sounds like you may be unaware of our MyVIP policies. MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for
the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December 2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can
check your current MyVIP level/progress at (https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards/).

When you changed your email address did you re-reigster for the program under the new address?

I was unaware I had to, I thought everything would copy over, my game licenses did, everything did except the rewards

Since the Rewards servers are separate from the Xbox servers, not everything will automatically switch over.

However I'm just doing what the Microsoft support agent told me I needed to do to get this fixed. Do Xbox rewards staff even use this forum?

Please keep in mind it takes us up to 96 hours to receive and process new information, as indicated in the FAQ:

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?



Your Rewards Credits will appear as pending within 96 hours of completion of each specific offer.

We see that we have processed your recent Smite time from a few days ago, and you now have two out of three punches for this offer. Smite and Roblox are the only games you have more than 5 hours of play time in. Again, keep in mind that it takes us time
to process new activity, so if you have only recently played more time in free to play games since your registration on the 8th, we have not received that information yet.
