Xbox live rewards not showing

Hello,

Ive been a member of the program for 18 months or so, and I have completed numerous quests and bought tons of games.

But no rewardpoints have ever been rewarded to me. Ive done surveys, downloaded gold games, pretty much Everything there is and still nothing.

Sotoday I got reeeeaaaaalllllyy freaking annoyed and descided to do it super correct, so clicked the quest buttonin the mail, followed the link, bought a game for 60 USD+ to be certain to get the reward Point, and still nothing.

I´ve spent tons of money and done Everything right, you can check the logs. Im a member of gold, groove, office365 and the rewardprogram. So I really feel it´s time for someone to check into this and help me out.

Recent purchases not showing in rewards

Hi

I made a few Purchases through the xbox store last month but these are not showing in my xbox live rewards or my microsoft rewards.

Keep in mind that it takes about 96 hours for the program to recognize purchases. So it would be too soon to see credits from your purchase today.

Support will check into your account, but in order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates

Hello TriggerZappy,

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. On a similar note, receiving Credits for simply playing
games with gold was discontinued a long time ago. MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default
state. This happened in September 2015 and December 2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

We do not see any purchases in March for Simply Rewarding. Please keep in mind that it takes us up to 96 hours to receive and process purchases for Rewarding.

the reward credits will show on your xbox live rewards section in a few days, that is if you have signed up the the rewards program, they normally convert and deposit into your live account twice per month, but to get a deposit you need to have at least
5000 reward points.

The date you join rewards is indeed how long you have been a rewards member.

Now for live, only gold periods show as part of being a live member.

Yes same here, I brought a ton of free to play add ons last month and it didn't register. So I thought I'd try again this month and got 1 free to play dlc a day since the first over £4 and still nothing shows.

I left my Xbox on Warframe for almost 2 days I played solid before it gave me one unlock for the 5 hours in a free to play game.

I also play crossout, where whit in the game it self It said I had played 15 hours (so I could get the bonus of the day) - Xbox rewards never counted it...

It's been like this for ages. I pre ordered my Xbox Scorpio of the freakin Microsoft store itself via the Xbox rewards program link when it was on, and I still go no freakin rewards.

I will stop they're, but since join Xbox rewards, and actually spending tons of money to try and increase my rep and cash back, I'm still stuck at rank zero.

I feel slightly lied too and quite robbed by the whole experience...

i have not gotten credit for spending over $30 and only 2 of the 3 games played for 5hrs is showing up (I've played DCU, Skyforge and Star Trek)
