xbox live rewards not rewarding

hi I am in the Xbox live rewards program and there was two my missions I have correctly followed and it hasn't rewarded me with the credits I should of got.

1. when I pre ordered ghost recon I pre- ordered it on the 6th of march and it came out on the 7th but for some reason the Xbox live rewards program is recognising it as the release date for this game was the 5th and I am pretty sure worldwide release for
this game is the 7th so therefore I should have some credits for this mission.

2. there is another my mission I know I definitely completed which is the rewards mission where you spend 36 pound or more and you get 6000 credits and when I bought titanfall 2 on sale for 22 pound it came up saying you are part way and from pre -ordered
the gold edition of ghost reason 79.99 . that should add up to 100 pound easy but its keeps saying you are part way there.

if there is anyone out there that can help me please let me know asap because I think I am getting mugged off and receive credits where it should be due .

I have been a member of this program for 4 years and I there is the most disappointing part about this program . this needs to improve .

Microsoftstore vs Xbox Store

I have Xbox Live Rewards too but I think the $15 Rewards credit is only good if you buy the physical copy through MicrosoftStore.com...?

 

Can I get Gold with GameStop PowerUp Rewards or XboxRewards?

Gamestop Rewards should let you get gold, if not they let you get the coupons off a product and you can use those for that. Bing rewards lets you get Xbox live though.

 

Support will double check your purchases but keep in mind that purchases can only be eligible for 1 offer at a time. So Ghost Recons would not count towards both the punchcard and the 6,000 credit offer. So if it went towards your punchcard, you would need
another purchase for the 6,000 credit offer.

 

ghost recon should for the 6000 credits because as long as it adds up to 36 pound minimum then it should add up

 

also this is what it says on the information part of the rewards :-

Get ready to treat yourself. To earn this special Reward, just spend £36 including VAT on ANY* content from the Xbox Store or Microsoft Movies & TV by 31 March. Yes… anything you choose, from pre-order games to films and more.

therefore my pre-order/ purchase of ghost recon should at least fall in to this category ?

 

The first mission you mentioned is the games on demand punchcard which is why i brought that up. That game would have qualified for one of the two missions, but not both. Support will check which one it went towards.
