    Xbox Live Rewards not registering time played?


    I've been doing the Free to Play challenge this month and everything has registered except for one of the three games that I've played for more than five hours.

    3252 minutes in Fallout Shelter

    345 minutes in A King's Tale: Final Fantasy XV

    407 minutes in DC online universe

    I was told that sometimes the time played is not updated until one of these free to play games has a patch uploaded, but there is only a few days left, and what if the patch uploads after the challenge expires? Shouldn't all of those games have had a patch
    by now?

    Can't Register

    Hello Cory Prime,

    Since the Xbox Live Rewards program is ending in your region, you cannot currently register into Xbox Live Rewards. You will have to wait for the Microsoft Rewards program to being in your region before registering into that program.

    Xbox live rewards not registering

    hi there, I have been an Xbox live rewards member since 2014 however I have not earned any credits since 2015 and I’m wondering why this is?

    I get a statement every month telling me iv earned nothing despite the fact I buy games, avatar items and renew my gold through you every month.

    I had a look at my account yesterday and can see in my statements that the rewards just stop. I unlocked some gems yesterday which I knew nothing about so have them but still should have earned a ton of credit by now as iv brought a load of games in the
    past couple years and have not received a thing for anything I do.

    Is something wrong with my rewards account?

    You can view everything I have purchased from gears of war 4 to destiny 2! And not received a single thing. Not even for renewing gold. And seeing as this makes it nearly 3 years.. that’s a lot of rewards iv missed out on.

    What can be done?

    Apologies for the inconvenience. We have found an issue tracking play time for Fallout Shelter, and are currently working on a resolution. In the meanwhile, we will adjust you manually with a punch on FREE Ride for that title. You should see the changes/credits
    shortly.

    As stated in the popup, Xbox Live Rewards is transitioning to Microsoft Rewards, so you cannot register into the Xbox Live Rewards program.

    Since Xbox Live Rewards is transitioning to Microsoft Rewards in the US region, where you have registered, there is no way to change your Xbox Live Rewards region.
