Xbox Live Rewards Not Posting

I have over 11,000 rewards credits to be converted into local currency. However, they are not being converted and posted to my account and there is no button to click to request an early deposit. Please help.

The Credits for that event were placed as pending in your account on December 19th. However, after reviewing your account, we can see that there is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit
process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process. This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team, since we are not able to fully access the database
containing billable account information. At the moment, we have not received a estimate on when this problem will be resolved. To be clear, this is a data issue, and not the result of any faulty user input. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Hello I bought an Xbox One S in December and I still have not received the reward for this purchase (50000 points) on my reward account yet.

The deposit request button is only available when you have at least 1,000 credits pending, but less than 5,000. It's just so you can have credits deposited before needing to have 5,000 pending first. Once you reach 5,000, they are automatically scheduled
to be deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month.

After reviewing your account, it appears that you are currently being affected by a known database issue which is interfering with the information on your account. What is happening is that your billable account information is being
incorrectly communicated to our servers. Since this data is necessary to determine where to place your deposit, the process is aborted. Since this issue is currently being caused by a secure database not under our control, we have escalated the problem and
it is currently being worked on by another team. At the current point in time, they have not yet provided us with an approximate solution date, but have provided us with fixed deposits in the past as they work on the issue. When such a fixed deposit is provided,
you can see the deposit as currency from your commerce page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account), where it will be listed as a refund with a negative amount.
