Xbox Live Rewards - NOT for me

I've been a member of XBox Live Rewards since 8/8/2015. I've bought many things from Xbox Live and I NEVER received a single credit, only from the 1st research.

Very sorry to hear about the issue and the frustration caused. Is this regarding Xbox Live Rewards? If so, you will want to post over in the
Xbox Live Rewards support forum. If the promotion read something similar to "pre-order these games and get X amount of credits", that will be our Xbox Live Rewards promo, and you will
want to follow the link about and create a new post.

 

Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

 

I have many eligible offers. My friend, for example, has bought Destiny 2 in the same day as me. He's received the credit. I've not.

The curious thing is Microsoft have no e-mail or phone number for discuss this issue, only the FAQ and this forum.

 

The only offer Destiny 2 has been eligible for was a games on demand punchcard. In order to receive credits, you would have had to preorder the game during the offer period along with 2 other eligible games in order to complete the offer and receive the
credits.

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as MyVIP payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December
2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

Additionally, you registered as a US Rewards member. Purchases in a non-USD currency will not be eligible for Rewards.
