Xbox Live Rewards not deposited in my account.

So, in my Xbox Live account it says i have 10,850 life time credits. But i have never received any of them. However, it says that have been deposited. The last supposed deposit was:

[table][tr][td]10/25/2017[/td][td]Rewards Deposited[/td][td]3,000 Credits[/td][/tr][/table]

But like all the other ones i have no recollection of it actually being deposited into my account.

So, i really want to get this sorted out so i can use these rewards i have earned.

My Billing info is up to date and my Xbox Live Rewards are not being deposited into my Xbox live account.

You can verify deposits by checking your returns at Sign in to your Microsoft account

Thats the thing, it say refunded -£2.40 So what does that mean? Does that mean it was added to my account, or taken away?

Hello RitualBeaver158,

You can see a complete history of your Credit and deposit events from the MyStatement on the MyRewards page. You can then use the dates listed for your deposits to see their deposit as currency from your commerce page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account),
where they will be listed as a refund with a negative amount. They are listed as negative because we are adding funds to your account (note that when you spend money, that is listed as a "non-negative", even though you are spending money).

The points will be added into your account every 15th or 30th of each month when it reach 100 pending point
