XBOX Live Rewards not converting to currency.

I have updated billing info, a huge amount of points racked up, I have purchased and redeemed a code on both XBOX one and 360 from the XBOX store, and finally submitted a deposit. Still I cannot use my reward points. Please help!

Xbox Live Rewards points not converting to currency

If they've been pending since the beginning of January, they are scheduled to be deposited on the 26th.

Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 pending. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by
the 15th of the next month.

Xbox Live Rewards points not converting to currency

I have nearly 40,000 Xbox Live Rewards points that have been sitting in my account since the first week of January that were not converted to my local currency (US dollars). Can someone help me please?

Hello ohno itstheCoPz,

Since being introduced in October, Gems have never had a Credit or currency value assigned to them. They can only be spent on purchases from the Vault. However, we realize that users have grown attached to their Gems, so when you are transitioned to Microsoft
Rewards, they will be converted into points. Note that Microsoft Rewards points and Xbox Live Rewards Credits are not the same. Your Gems will not be converted into Xbox Live Rewards Credits if you choose to remain in the Rewards programs, but will be converted
into Microsoft Rewards Points.

What about my current Xbox Live Rewards Credits and MyVIP Gems balance?

If you have any pending Rewards Credits in your Xbox Live Rewards account on May 31, 2018, or if you are expecting your MyVIP deposit for purchases made in May, 2018, Xbox Live Rewards will convert them into your local currency and deposit them in your Microsoft
account by June 30, 2018. You will then have 1 year to spend that currency on digital items from the Microsoft Store.

You will be able to see your deposit as currency on the Microsoft Commerce page. Your deposit was made on the 19th. They are not converted to Microsoft Rewards Points.

Hi Corporate BBs. Credits pending from the 1st-15th of the month will be deposited before the last day of the month, and Credits pending from 16th-last day of the month will be deposited by the 15th of the following month. Since your 50,000 Credits were
awarded on the 6th, your deposit is scheduled for the next one on the 29th. Thanks for your patience.
