Xbox Live Rewards not converting cu curency

It's been two years since my first post here and my problem has not been resolved yet. I have 30$ in rewards not added to my account. Since my first post i've deleted and renewed my billing info on my Microsoft account but month after month i get the same
mail that there is an issue with my billing info and the deposit is not possible.

What else should i do since no one from Xbox or Microsoft suppot is offering a solution? I really don't think that manually adding 30$ to the account is that big of a deal. Afterall the sum will be spent on Microsoft products. How many years should i wait
until a dolution is found?

I am curious of when my xbox rewards points and gems are converting to microsoft rewards?

I am curious of when my xbox rewards points and gems are converting to microsoft rewards? I have been waiting but I don't see the points in my account from xbox rewards, only the ones I have earned.

Hello Greudeucis2,

There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process.
This is an issue that another team is working on resolving, since we are not able to fully access the database containing billable account information. At the moment, we have not received a estimate on when this problem will be resolved. To be clear, this
is a data issue, and not the result of any faulty user input. Unfortunately, since the issue concerns your billable account information, we must rely on this other team to provide their resolution. We currently do not have the ability to manually deposit into
a user's Microsoft Account. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Since being introduced in October, Gems have never had a Credit or currency value assigned to them. They can only be spent on purchases from the Vault. However, we realize that users have grown attached to their Gems, so when you are transitioned to Microsoft
Rewards, they will be converted into points. Note that Microsoft Rewards points and Xbox Live Rewards Credits are not the same. Your Gems will not be converted into Xbox Live Rewards Credits if you choose to remain in the Rewards programs, but will be converted
into Microsoft Rewards Points.

I have both XBox live rewards and Microsoft rewards. Will I still get my XB rewards credits converted into MS rewards points on my existing MS rewards?

the reward credits will show on your xbox live rewards section in a few days, that is if you have signed up the the rewards program, they normally convert and deposit into your live account twice per month, but to get a deposit you need to have at least
5000 reward points.

This is what i get on email mate. I can't understand why there own DIGITAL curency is OUT OF STOCK. It looks like MS want to s...w loyal customers on this.
