xbox live rewards not been updated since 2014

I keep noticing on my emails regarding my xbox live statement always saying that 0 points have been added to my account.

I have noticed that my account has not been updated since august 2014.I noticed that my account had not been updated as I logged into my account when I received my last statement by email.

I have been in touch with xbox support and told me to post on here again in order for this matter to be looked in to.

Since August 2014 I have been renewing my xbox live as well as buying purchases from the game store and nothing has been updated on my account.

Can you look into this for me please and get back to me.

Live rewards not up to date

I been Iive rewards member since 2013, i just notice that my rewards has not being updated since 2014, how do i get it to work and get the points i earned over this 2 years?

Reward points have stopped

Hi

Has something gone wrong somewhere? I've been a reward user since 2012 and my rewards stopped being added in 2014. In 2014 I had to cancel my xbox live subscription for a year or so. I'm back on Xbox live gold yearly sub and my rewards have stopped being
added.

I know you get them for specific things each month and I've been doing them but the points have not been added since 2014

Is there a reset button anywhere?

my reward points for monthy subsriptions are not being added to my xbox live rewards amount since 2014 when i last used my xbox 360 . i have a xbox one now and been getting live gold subs for the last 6 months so microsoft need to sort this out username

Hello MrZombieTheIV,

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. By earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game
consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. In September 2015, we made some refinements to the
program. One change that happened was an adjustment of MyVIP purchase thresholds. If you did not reach any MyVIP ranks with your purchases from September 2014-August 31st 2015, you were placed at a default rank. Since you are a zero star member, you do not
get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards/).

We only schedule a deposit automatically at 5000 or more pending Credits. Since your pending Credit amount is beneath this amount, it has not been scheduled. If you would like to request a scheduled deposit, you may do so once you are at 1000 or more pending
Credits. There will be a button on your MyRewards page.
