    Xbox Live Rewards not adding up!


    I have been a Gold member since December of 2010. Since I joined the rewards program I have been on automatic billing on a monthly basis. 9.99 usd/month I should have been earning 250 monthly credits since then at a rate of 3000 credits per year. My account
    only reflects very sporadic rewards (pictured bellow) to a total of only 3000 credits. Since January of 1200 I should have reseived a total of 15750 credits to date on my account based on monthly billing alone. Why are my points not adding up? How do I got
    about receiving the points????

    Reward statements not adding up

    Hello UBEROWNER,

    We see the following purchases in October; as Smwutches mentions, game consumables and pre-orders are not eligible for MyVIP:

    Destiny Silver - Game Consumable - 4.99 Not eligible

    Battlefield 1 - Game Pre-Order - 53.99 Not eligible

    Destiny Silver - Game Consumable - 9.98 Not Eligible

    Furthermore, the 3000 Credits you are referring to are for your purchases in September, not October. Payback is awarded the following month after purchases are made.

    However, as you can see, there is a very large discrepancy between the purchase amount we have and the $160 you describe. Are we missing any purchases in October?

    Reward statements not adding up

    Support will double check for you, but keep in mind that subscriptions, in-game consumables, and preorders don't count towards VIP. Also any purchases that count towards another offer on the site will not count towards your rebate.

    As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold.

    Reward Points for gold renewal not showing after nearly 2 weeks!

    Reward points (i'm guessing that you are refering to the Live Reward Program here) take up to 45 open days to be added to your account.

    The triple play reward will be added to your Live Reward pending points (in the reward section) sometimes early May and will be credited to your Xbox Live account within a period of 45 business days afterwards.

    You need to be a xbox live rewards member to be able to get the reward points.

    If you are a reward member the msp will be added to your pending points in few days

    First Xbox Live Rewards will take up to 45 open days to be credited to your account. Secondly, if you already previously had purchased a Gold Subscription to your account then you wont get the extra credits for your "first Xbox Live Membership subscription"
    as its not retro-active (check the FAQ section of Xbox Live Rewards page for further details regarding this). And lastly, if you added a new subscription and it didn't added the subscription to your Xbox Live account then i recommend you contact Xbox Support
